Troubleshooting

Check account access, missing attribution, unanswered calls, and API delivery before changing live settings.

Reviewed October 15, 2026

Start with the visible symptom

  1. Missing calls

Check the selected account, date window, and timezone. Confirm the published number belongs to that account and the expected campaign.

  2. No answer or wrong destination

Review the active route, business hours, and the call timeline. Make an intentional test before changing an ad or releasing a number.

  3. Missing website source

Check the generated snippet, configured website, pool availability, consent behavior, and mobile phone links. Unknown source data should stay unknown.

  4. API or integration failure

Keep the request reference, time, and non-sensitive error text. Check the key scope, destination, schema, and retry instructions. Do not send API keys, raw caller details, or recordings in an initial support message.

What the preview can show

The application preview is a read-only demonstration using fictional data. It cannot validate live carrier setup, account permissions, delivery, or billing. Use a properly configured account for operational testing.
