Call routing setup

Connect a tracking number to the right US phone and test hours, no answer, and fallback behavior.

Build a route you can explain

  1. Choose who answers

Use the receiving US business phone or a configured team destination. Call tracking connects callers to your business; pay per call adds buyer eligibility and terms.

  2. Set the path

Open Call routing, select the campaign or number, and choose the intended route. Review hours, menu choices, and any fallback before activation.

  3. Test both outcomes

Test a successful answer and a deliberate no-answer case. Check the call timeline for the actual attempt and final outcome.

Troubleshooting the handoff

If the wrong phone rings, check the selected account, the number assignment, and the active route. If a call stops outside business hours, inspect the schedule and fallback. A configured fallback does not guarantee that the next person answers.
