One call, one agreed set of terms
This is a fictional product walkthrough, not a customer result or live offer. A publisher has a roofing repair inquiry in a covered US ZIP code. The example buyer requires an answered call of at least 90 seconds. Its illustrative price is $80, with a $65 publisher amount and a $15 network amount. These are sample agreed amounts, not market benchmarks.
From request to review
-
Check eligibility
The route excludes a closed buyer, an uncovered ZIP code, or a buyer without available credit before considering price.
-
Select and deliver
The eligible quote is tied to the matching call and its expiry. The receiving phone must answer; a bid alone is not delivery.
-
Review qualification
A 120-second answered call meets this example duration rule. An unanswered or 30-second call does not. Review other agreed rules before marking it payable.
-
Prepare the amounts
For the qualified example, review the $80 buyer charge, $65 publisher amount, and $15 network amount. Live transfers and automatic payouts are disabled during early access.
When the buyer disputes the call
Find the same call, the accepted terms, routing attempts, duration, and available conversation evidence. Record the dispute reason and an authorized correction if justified. Keep the original outcome traceable. An illustrative amount or a paid status in a mock diagram is not proof of an actual transfer.
