Start with the right account

These steps describe the current application workflow. Available actions depend on your role, account setup, and enabled services. The sample preview is read-only and uses fictional data.

  1. Choose your workspace

Sign in and select the business or client account you intend to manage. Check the account name before buying numbers or changing routes.

  2. Choose the type of campaign

Use Tracking campaigns for marketing attribution. Use Pay per call campaigns only when buying or selling calls is part of the workflow.

  3. Invite your team deliberately

Give each person only the access they need. Check client access from the client account before sharing it.

Connect the first call

  1. Choose a US tracking number

Open Phone numbers, review availability and the charge shown, then confirm the purchase. Do not replace an established public number until you have tested the new route.

  2. Choose the phone that rings

Set the receiving US phone number and the route. Check business hours and the fallback when nobody answers.

  3. Make an intentional test

Use the application’s test-call option when available. A live call or number purchase can carry charges. Confirm the source, receiving phone, and outcome in Calls.

Before you publish a number

Check the phone link on a mobile device, the campaign attribution, and the no-answer path. Recording and texting require their own settings and permissions. Keep an existing working number available until the replacement is verified.
