Conversation intelligence

What changes in your day.

Call totals tell you how often the phone rang. Recordings help you understand the request, how it was handled, and what the next step should be. Keep that review connected to the campaign that brought the person to you.

01

Listen in context

Open an available recording from the call details. Review the source, duration, and receiving destination alongside the conversation.

02

Give feedback on specific moments

Use the actual conversation when discussing lead quality or how an inquiry was handled. A concrete example is more useful than guessing from call length.

03

Control how recordings are handled

Review recording preferences, access, and retention settings around your workflow. Recording notices and permissions should match how your business operates.

A closer look

Useful answers before you start.

Explore the workflow above, then bring your own requirements to an early-access conversation.

Is every incoming call guaranteed to have a recording?

No. Availability depends on recording settings and successful call processing. Call history and routing details can still help explain a call when audio is unavailable.

Can sensitive audio be automatically removed?

Transcript redaction and audio redaction are different. Lead Source's transcript controls do not mean sensitive words are removed from the recording itself.
